GENERAL TERMS
Virtual Au Pair Shop: Virtual Au Pair (Pty.) Ltd. Online Shop (www.virtualaupair.com)
Vendor: Any person or business listing/creating an online store and selling online digital educational products on Virtual Au Pair Shop. (www.virtualaupair.com)
Documentation: Any listed document product by vendor.
Product: Any downloadable document listed by vendor and or bought by customer.
Customer: Any person/business purchasing a document on Virtual Au Pair online shop.
Vendor Information: All information provided by vendor during registration process.
Customer information: All information provided on the online platform during registration and query/contact us as customer.
Vendor and Customer Documentation and Privacy
Vender and customer information will be made available to Virtual Au Pair office use for advertisement purposes as well as informational, communication and promotional details. All vendor and customer information, excluding login passwords, will be visible to Virtual Au Pair and Virtual Au Pair partners. Virtual Au Pair Pty. Ltd do not have authorization to share any vendor or customer information to external sources.
Virtual Au Pair will not be held accountable for any misinformation provided by vendor and customers. All vendors and customers will be responsible for any incorrect information provided upon registration or customer shopping on any Virtual Au Pair online platform.
Virtual Au Pair will be authorized to disable any vendor profile and shop if vendor’s shop and product fails to provide quality, unique and self-made documentation. Please see Copyright clause. Virtual Au Pair has authorization to disable any shop upon proof of any reselling of non-owned document and/or fake profiles registered by vendor. Vendors cannot resell any documentation not created or owned by the registered vendor. All documents must be of educational use and value to South-African learners, teachers and/or parents.
All vendor documentation will be reviewed by Virtual Au Pair before the document will be made visible to any customer. All documentation information may be reviewed by Virtual Au Pair. Verification and review of documents process will include the rights to edit document information in listing but not editing of the document provided. Virtual Au Pair can make or request changes in the fields of document name, description, tags, categories, and other relevant LISTING information. Virtual Au Pair will not be able to edit or download any vendor documentation. The documents listed by vendor remains the possession of vendor.
Document revision by Virtual Au Pair will depend on quantities and cannot be completed within a certain timeframe.
Vendor will only be allowed to list downloadable documentation in accordance and compatible with Microsoft office packages (Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft PowerPoint ; PDF; PNG; JPEG) .
Al vendors will be able to choose the amount downloads available per purchase as well as an expiry date after purchase. Vendor will be responsible for all vendor client complaints upon downloading purchased product.
Client information will not be made visible to vendor. Customer may rate vendors’ shops with comment. All formal complaints will be sent to Virtual Au Pair and expedited to vendor if deemed necessary.
Vendor is solely responsible for all content in listed documentation/products. Virtual Au Pair will not take any responsibility for poor quality, bridge of copyright or any other fraudulent activity within listed documents.
Customers are responsible to read all terms and information before purchasing a product from a vendor, including number of downloads, expiry date of download as well as content and price of documents.
No moneys refunds will be done by Virtual Au Pair to customers in cases where customers argues that documentation is not up to presumed standard. Customers buy all online product at own risk. Not all products bought from an online vendor are Virtual Au Pair products. Virtual will not be held accountable for any dissatisfaction a customer has with any purchased product and content.
Payments and Pay-Outs by Vendors and Customers
All payments done by customers will be done via online platform. No EFT payments will be accepted. Customers and vendors share payment details at own risk. Online payments are powered by Pay Fast online payment platform.
All vendors will be able to do pay out request on/before 20th of each month. Each vendor will only be allowed 2 (two) pay out requests per calendar month and all payments will be done by Virtual Au Pair on the 1st of every consecutive month. Vendor will only be able to do payment requests for amount available and pay out requests can not be less than R150. Vendors are responsible to capture and update correct banking details on the vendor registration process. Virtual Au Pair will not be responsible for any payments done to accounts incorrectly updated on the vendor profile. Customers will be responsible to enter correct banking details during the payment process and Virtual Au Pair will not be held accountable for any incorrect payments done in amount or on any incorrectly chosen product or product quantities.
Vendor Commission of Sales
Vendor will be responsible to update all selling prices of listed products. Vendors will receive 80% of all sales and Virtual Au Pair will subtract 20 % of all sales. Available balances will be updated on vendor dashboard after payments have been accepted and made. All product sales will be emailed to vendor once an order has been processed on the vendor shop. Invoice sent to email will indicate total value of order, of which 80 % will be allocated to vendor balance.
Copyright
Virtual Au Pair does not take any responsibility for any of the documents listed by vendors on the Virtual Au Pair Shop. Vendors will solely be responsible for any content that has been copied without permission from any source. Vendors is responsible to educate themselves about the Copyright laws and all Copyright or Fraudulent trespassing will directly be reverted as the vendor’s responsibility.
Virtual Au Pair does not take any liability or responsibly if any copied document was bought by a customer on a vendor shop. Customers may however launch any suspicious complaint to info@virtualaupair.co.za
Complaints will be handed to the relevant vendor and if seen reasonable and true, such a vendor will immediately be removed from Virtual Au Pair Vendor List.
In easy terms: do not sell something that is not yours, vendors will be held accountable for all consequences if they do so.
General Information
Not all documents purchased on Virtual Au Pair Shop are property of Virtual Au Pair. Each vendor will list own documentation and property.
Vendors are advised to add watermarks and or company information on all documentation.
Virtual Au Pair will not be held accountable for any documentation sold without branding/watermark of any reference of the original creator/owner.
Virtual Au Pair will not be responsible for any incorrect content of any documents not belonging to Virtual Au Par.
Customers are advised to buy all online products whilst assuming there are copyright on each document, whether stated on the vendors’ shop or not.
Neither Virtual Au Pair nor any third parties directed from this website provide any warranty or guarantees as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness of information and materials offered on this website.
The use of information and material on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

No refunds will be done after purchasing of any product or service unless the specific product was not delivered. In such a case an investigation will be conducted to confirm the product was not received.
All invoices are issued in South-African Rand (ZAR) and paid in this currency.

The owners and employees of Virtual Au Pair shall not assume any responsibility for the user’s inability to access the material via online website due to incompatible system requirements.

Registered users shall not copy, share, modify, transmit, distribute or in any way, exploit the copyrighted material provided on the Virtual Au Pair website.
