If we join the learning program, untill when will the access be available?
Until 31 Desember within the year you paid for the learner profile.
Are all documents on the learner profile in PDF format?
Yes, all downloadable in PDF format.
Can I add multiple grades to one learner profile?
No, one grade option per learner.
What is included in the Math Lessons package?
You send us your learner’s scope via email and we make a tests en answer sheet exactly aligned to your learner’s scope and upload it onto your learner’s profile, meaning all unnecessary content is excluded and it is made specifically for what your learner needs for the exams.
What can I do if I forgot my password?
On the login page for parent/learner please click on the ‘I forgot my password’ option , an OTP will be sent to your cellphone number to reset your password .
Can we login in any device?
Yes, as long as you use your correct credentials, you can login on any smart device.
Which subjects are excluded on the learner profiles?
Arts, technical subjects, agriculture subjects
Are all grades available in English as well as Afrikaans?
Yes, when creating a learner profile you’ll get to choose your language option.
Are all study material uploaded immediately?
We do upload as the year progresses to ensure new, updated study material. We also adapt to all new ATP’s
Can I sell my own resources on your shop?
Yes, you can become a vendor and sell your own resources, all resources will however be checked before they are published to ensure quality and adherence to COPYRIGHT.
Can I purchase as a teacher?
Yes, you can purchase resources under the shop now option and use it in your classroom.
Can we join as a school or educational centre?
Yes, you can open a main profile and add all your learners onto the profile.
